This is the channel to use for any question about the Service, your Subscription, an invoice, a technical incident, or to report abuse.
Your personal data
To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, write to contact@sellerscale.ai, stating the right you wish to exercise and the email address associated with your Account. You will receive a reply within one month, which may be extended by two months for complex requests; you would then be informed. Exercising your rights is free of charge. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Withdrawal and cancellation
Canceling your Subscription and exercising your right of withdrawal are both done directly from your Account, in a few clicks. You may also notify us of your withdrawal by email or by post, using the model form set out in the appendix to the Terms of Sale.

Complaints
If you disagree with us, write to us first: we acknowledge receipt of every complaint and seek a solution in good faith. If our reply does not satisfy you, you may use a consumer mediation scheme available in your country of residence, or refer the matter to the supervisory authority with jurisdiction over personal data (in France, the CNIL, the French data protection authority).
